Damaged Mail:

If a package was damaged in transit, USPS allows claims to be filed where they may reimburse the cost of the product if the damage was inflicted in transit.

Missing Mail:

Should a package be indefinitely delayed or it was scanned delivered but never found, USPS has a Missing Mail form which can be used to help track down the package.

Delayed Packages:

There may be times where the couriers are experiencing internal delays, whether it’s a slow down at a sorting facility or a truck needs repair mid transit, there are a myriad of factors that could cause a delay.

Tracking a package will report a delay should there be any, and it is best to give the courier 3-5 business days to get back on course.

Order Tracking:

Upon placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email which will include your tracking number. This number can be used on the following page to track your package and follow its delivery route.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

BicBugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make arrangements to have your packages delivered to a secure address or location. This is especially important around the holidays. If your package is lost after delivery, we will do our best to help you locate it, but the best course is for you to contact your mail carrier and/or local post office.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you check out! If we receive returned packages we will hold them for 30 days. Please contact us with a corrected address as soon as possible so we can reship your order. Shipping charges will apply.

Says delivered but I don’t have it

I suggest checking with anyone else living in the house, or any neighbors that may have moved it. It may be in a small enough box to fit in your mailbox. If you still can’t find it, try asking your postal worker if they remember leaving it anywhere specific, or call the shipping provider to see if they may be holding it at a local office.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be shipped the same or next business day unless otherwise specified. Please allow extra time for large orders and during the holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information for your box when your order has been shipped. We offer standard, expedited, and express/overnight shipping. You can select the shipping method you prefer at checkout.
